What do I need to run the Zepry™ Communicator?

  • A valid, active MF account.
  • For the PC edition of the Zepry™ Communicator:
    • A working Java install of version 1.6.0 or later on a GUI operating system.
    • (Windows XP, Windows Vista, most Linux Desktops & Apple Mac running OS X and greater are supported)
    • A broadband internet connection is recommended.
  • For the Mobile edition of the Zepry™ Communicator:
    • A working Java ME install of at least Java MIDP 2.0. The best way to check if your phone is compatible is to use the Quick phone search in the top right of this site and look for the section labelled "Features" which will indicate the Java ME version available on the phone.
    • A UK mobile network mobile connectivity package allowing you to access either 2.5g or 3g GPRS.
    • GPRS connection correctly configured on your phone.
  • If your phone is not compatible, you can still use the PC edition of the Zepry™ Communicator and vice versa.
